We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Unfortunately, ALL sales are FINAL with Natural Bunch Products, as we cannot reshelf products that have left our headquarters. Once products have left our headquarters, we cannot verify whether or not they have been tampered with.
Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email or phone for solution and address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response in 7 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order not including shipping. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail we ship to almost every country around the world.
Please allow 3 business days to process your order, all orders processed after 5 pm will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 2-3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends will process that next 2 business days.
All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail (3-5 day service, not guaranteed). This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has shipped containing a USPS tracking number that you can use to track your package
Shipping Policies: All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.
Delivery Time For US Orders: Normally takes 2-7 business days.
We do not ship on holidays and weekends, so orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Natural Bunch™, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Upon inquiry, Natural Bunch™ LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to Natural Bunch™ LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Natural Bunch™ LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
DAMAGED PRODUCT AND INCORRECT ORDERS:
Natural Bunch™ LLC is not responsible if you receive damaged product or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly, you must contact us by phone or email within 30 days of placing your order.
